Tennessee Titans TE Delanie Walker (hamstring) has taken part in limited practices this week and ‘is improving’, according to head coach Mike Mularkey. However, he is still expected to be a game-time decision in Week 4 against the Houston Texans.

New York Jets WR Eric Decker (shoulder) has been diagnosed with a partially torn rotator cuff and is out for Week 4 versus the Seattle Seahawks. Head coach Todd Bowles called Decker ‘week-to-week’ and it is unknown at this time whether or not he will require surgery.
