Houston Texans OT Duane Brown (quad) will miss his fourth straight game in Week 4 versus the Tennessee Titans. He was able to practice on a limited basis this week and is anticipating a Week 5 return against the Minnesota Vikings.

San Diego Chargers CB Brandon Flowers (head) has been ruled out for Week 4 versus the New Orleans Saints with a concussion.

Chicago Bears WR Alshon Jeffery (hamstring, knee) has been limited over the first two days of practice this week by a knee injury. On Friday, Sept. 30, he was limited by a hamstring injury and is expected to be listed as questionable leading into the team’s Week 4 game versus the Detroit Lions.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Charcandrick West (ankle) has been ruled out for the team’s Week 4 game Sunday, Oct. 2, against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers DE Robert Ayers (hamstring) has been ruled out for the team’s Week 4 contest Sunday, Oct. 2, against the Denver Broncos.

Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald has compiled 153 receptions for 1,785 yards and 16 touchdowns in 24 career games against his Week 4 opponent, the Los Angeles Rams. That number ranks him second on the all-time list for most receptions against one opponent, only trailing former WR Jerry Rice.
