He’s gone 8-8 each of the last two years, so a playoff run would likely be the only thing that saves his job. The Colts have talent, and they play in the weakest division in football so that is not too tall an order.

Footballguys View: Raye has an impressive reputation around the league, so moving him up to general manager would make sense. He was a San Diego Chargers Scout (1996-99), Director of College Scouting (2000-07), and later their Director of Player Personnel (2008-12) before joining the Colts as their Vice President of Football Operations in 2013.
