Footballguys View: It’s finally final. Holmes hasn’t done much in recent years for the Raiders, but with the Bills he’ll have a chance to get significant playing time. There’s really no other threat behind Sammy Watkins at this time, so Holmes could play as a deep threat with the Bills.

The 49ers have the 2nd-overall pick, and we think that’s a bit too high for Foster…even though he’s incredibly talented.
