Panthers | Cam Newton wants to rebound
Carolina Panthers QB Cam Newton took his disappointing 2016 campaign personally and said the upcoming season isn’t just another year.
Footballguys View: First and foremost he needs more offensive line help, and we aren’t sure adding former first round pick and recent Vikings turnstile Matt Kalil is going to do the trick. Add in a need for better skill position players and we have concerns. Rookie running back Christian McCaffrey should help, but is it enough? His ADP stands at 62 overall, and he’s the No. 7 quarterback coming off the board, both places we think he fits well right now.
