Broncos | Paxton Lynch will miss games

Updating a previous report, Denver Broncos QB Paxton Lynch (shoulder) will miss at least two weeks of the season due to his sprained right shoulder, according to head coach Vance Joseph.

Footballguys View: The second-year quarterback was going to be the backup behind Trevor Siemian. He still will be, but now the team will have to find an option to begin the season. Expect Lynch to miss at least a couple of games, with a return possible in Week 3. The Broncos do have a bye week in Week 5 of the regular season.
