Washington Redskins RB Chris Thompson (leg) said he’s ‘feeling good’ while rehabbing from a fractured fibula that he sustained back in November in a game against the New Orleans Saints. He remains on pace to return by training camp.

New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees said following the team’s Divisional Round loss opposite the Minnesota Vikings Sunday, Jan. 14, that he expects the club to re-sign him. He believes the Saints are entering ‘a window of time here where we can really make a run at it’ and expects to be part of that effort, adding that he is ‘excited for the future of Saints football.’

Tennessee Titans RB DeMarco Murray said he believes he is ‘definitely’ still a top-end feature back. ‘I am very confident in myself and I am excited,’ he said. ‘I am excited about the future, and my future. Murray also mentioned that he envisioned returning to the team next season.
