Former Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Terry Robiskie was hired as wide receivers coach by the Buffalo Bills Wednesday, Feb. 14.

Free-agent QB Johnny Manziel (Browns) will report to the Spring League March 28, and the season ends April 15.

Former Oakland Raiders running backs coach Bernie Parmalee is expected to be hired to fill the same role with the Atlanta Falcons, according to Alex Marvez of the Sporting News.

Seattle Seahawks SS Kam Chancellor (neck) intends to play next season if he is medically cleared to do so. Chancellor suffered a serious neck injury last year but does not plan on retiring. As reported previously, his $6.8 million 2018 salary became fully guaranteed last week.

New York Giants WR Brandon Marshall (ankle) finished with only 18 catches for 154 yards and played in only five games before he was lost for the season due to an ankle injury which required surgery. Given his limited effectiveness and the fact the Giants could save $5.1 million on the cap, the expectation is the Giants will cut ties with him, according to the New York Post’s Paul Schwartz.
