The Los Angeles Chargers selected Northwestern RB Justin Jackson with the 251st overall selection (Round 7) in the 2018 NFL Draft.

The Dallas Cowboys selected Alabama RB Bo Scarbrough with the 236th overall pick (Round 7) in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Footballguys View: Many in the scouting community say Scarbrough has the body of a linebacker, and he takes a linebacker’s mentality to the offensive side of the ball. Scarbrough has some power to his game and he works well in the screen game. He could work as a complementary back for the Cowboys behind Ezekiel Elliott.

Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck was a trade target for a few teams, but the Colts did not consider any trade offers, according to owner Jim Irsay.

Footballguys View: What you can take away from this is multiple teams think Luck plays again, and probably this year. Which is good news for the Colts and Luck’s fantasy owners.

The Houston Texans selected Mississippi State TE Jordan M. Thomas with the 211th overall pick (Round 6) in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Footballguys View: Thomas has rare size and speed, and is very athletic but as a football player, leaves a lot to be desired. He had very little production in college, doesn’t release cleanly from the line and his routes are bad. This is an upside project with a Gran Canyon deep downside.

Miami Dolphins TE Mike Gesicki has a good chance to start as a rookie since the team released TE Julius Thomas earlier this offseason.

The New England Patriots selected Miami-Florida WR Braxton Berrios with the 210th overall pick (Round 6) in the 2018 NFL Draft.

The Green Bay Packers selected Notre Dame WR Equanimeous St. Brown with the 207th overall pick (Round 6) in the 2018 NFL Draft.
