Ravens | Baltimore adds Hayden Hurst

The Baltimore Ravens selected South Carolina TE Hayden Hurst with the 25th overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft Thursday, April 26.

Footballguys View: Willie Snead and Michael Crabtree on the outside, and now the Ravens have a tough, fearless tight end to fight in the middle of the field. Hurst has great hands, and can be a security blanket for Joe Flacco.

Patriots | Isaiah Wynn joins Patriots

The New England Patriots selected Georgia OG Isaiah Wynn with the 23rd overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft Thursday, April 26.

Footballguys View: Wynn is a sound offensive lineman who is a little too short to place outside, but should do well on the interior. His pass protection and run blocking is very solid, and if he can overcome concerns about his size, could eventually move to tackle anyway.

Titans | Tennessee drafts Rashaan Evans 22nd overall

The Tennessee Titans selected Alabama LB Rashaan Evans with the 22nd overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft Thursday, April 26.

Footballguys View: Evans flies from sideline to sideline, and improved his footwork a lot last season. Stepped up huge in three straight National Championship games, and will bring that experience to help the Titans defense in the hopes to take it to the next level.

Bengals | Billy Price selected by the Bengals

The Cincinnati Bengals selected Ohio State C Billy Price with the 21st overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft Thursday, April 26.

Footballguys View: His injury at the Combine ended up being minor, and perhaps the Bengals got lucky that some teams may have passed on Price anyway. The Ohio State center plays with a great deal of explosiveness, strength and knows how to use leverage and power to get the job done. He can be impatient at times, and will have to curtail that in the NFL.

Lions | Detroit adds Frank Ragnow

The Detroit Lions selected Arkansas C Frank Ragnow with the No. 20th overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft Thursday, April 26.

Footballguys View: A guy we thought would land with the Bengals, Ragnow became the top center when Billy Price injured himself at the Combine. He plays very smart, which means that though he lacks top end physical gifts, he’s very effective at center.

Raiders | Oakland lands Martavis Bryant

The Oakland Raiders acquired WR Martavis Bryant from the Pittsburgh Steelers in exchange for the 75th overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Footballguys View: A move two years in the making. This seems like a lot to pay for a guy who is one blunder away from a lifetime suspension, but the Raiders need to add to their core of wide receiver, and Bryant definitely has the ability to help Derek Carr out.

Cowboys | Dallas drafts Leighton Vander Esch

The Dallas Cowboys selected Boise State LB Leighton Vander Esch with the 19th overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft Thursday, April 26.

Footballguys View: Vander Esch is a good against both the run and pass, and can add more muscle to his frame as well. He may not walk right into a massive role, but he can be an impact player down the road for a Dallas team which lacks them on defense.

Packers | Green Bay selects Jaire Alexander

The Green Bay Packers selected Louisville CB Jaire Alexander with the 18th overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft Thursday, April 26.

Footballguys View: Alexander is a nice pick for a Packers team which needs secondary help. A guy who can be a ballhawk, has good instincts on jumping routes, Alexander was hurt last season and durability is a concern given his slender build. Still, could be a guy who can make plays for a Packers defense which needs that.
