Footballguys View: Hines was a dual threat in college who can line up in the backfield, in the slot or out wide. It will be interesting to see how and where the Colts play him on the field. Hines has the speed to take it the distance any time he touches the ball.

Advantage; Washington, who now upgrades the position if they can keep Guice on the right track. They’ll still use Chris Thompson as a change-of-pace back, and now Samaje Perine goes to the bench as a reserve player behind Guice.
