Colts | Nyheim Hines a dual threat

Indianapolis Colts RB Nyheim Hines has a unique skill set that should enable him to be a factor in the offense as both a runner and receiver. Hines played two years of receiver in college before moving to the backfield after a logjam cleared. Hines said multiple teams discussed drafting him and making him a permanent slot receiver.

Footballguys View: Hines was a dual threat in college who can line up in the backfield, in the slot or out wide. It will be interesting to see how and where the Colts play him on the field. Hines has the speed to take it the distance any time he touches the ball.

Redskins | Derrius Guice expected to start

Washington Redskins RB Derrius Guice is expected to start for the team.

Footballguys View: Guice is immediately the most talented running back in Washington’s room. The buzz is Guice fell in the draft due to concerns about his motivation. Advantage; Washington, who now upgrades the position if they can keep Guice on the right track. They’ll still use Chris Thompson as a change-of-pace back, and now Samaje Perine goes to the bench as a reserve player behind Guice.
