Houston Texans WR Keke Coutee is off to a ‘good start’ and is set to challenge Braxton Miller for the slot receiver job after running sharp routes and catching the football smoothly during OTAs and minicamp, according to the Houston Chronicle’s Aaron Wilson.
Jets | Terrelle Pryor lost focus
New York Jets WR Terrelle Pryor (ankle) admitted that he wasn’t completely focused on football last year due to his ankle ailment. ‘It took control of my mind. Right now, I’m healthy and ready to get back to form and have a dominant year.’ Pryor added that he loves New York and wants to finish his career with the Jets.
Footballguys View: After a 1,000 yard season with the Browns in 2016, Pryor failed to impress during his time with Washington. He played in only nine games snaring just 20 passes for 240 yards and one touchdown. Pryor is not 100 percent healthy yet and is still recovering from the ankle injury that ended his 2017 season. The hope is that he’ll be ready for the start of training camp.
