Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals TE Tyler Eifert (ankle) suffered a broken ankle in the Week 4 game against the Atlanta Falcons and he is expected to undergo surgery, a source said Sunday, Sept. 30.

Footballguys View: Eifert was back to looking like his old self in the last two weeks and made a terrific catch on his touchdown. The tight end ranks are thinned further as CJ Uzomah and Tyler Kroft will replace Eifert, but neither is a viable play going forward.

Los Angeles Chargers OT Russell Okung (groin) left the Week 4 game against the San Francisco 49ers due to a groin injury and he is questionable to return.

Cleveland Browns CB Terrance Mitchell (wrist) suffered a wrist injury in the Week 4 game against the Oakland Raiders and he is questionable to return.

San Francisco 49ers OT Mike McGlinchey (knee) is questionable to return to the Week 4 game against the Los Angeles Chargers due to a knee injury, while OT Joe Staley (knee) will not return after also suffering a knee ailment.

San Francisco 49ers WR Dante Pettis (knee) left the Week 4 game against the Los Angeles Chargers due to a knee injury and he was unable to return.

Seattle Seahawks TE Will Dissly (knee) left the Week 4 game against the Arizona Cardinals due to an apparent right knee injury and he was carted off.

Dallas Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott rushed for 152 yards on 25 carries against the Detroit Lions in Week 4. He also caught four passes for 88 yards and one touchdown during the game.

Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott went 17-for-27 for 255 yards and two touchdowns against the Detroit Lions in Week 2.

Atlanta Falcons RB Tevin Coleman rushed 14 times for 51 yards in Week 4 against the Cincinnati Bengals and he added three receptions for 26 yards on three targets.
