Footballguys View: Gurley was barely used and didn’t do anything that would make an observer malign that decision. He won’t be more than a committee back for the Super Bowl and the offense seems to miss Cooper Kupp more than him.

Footballguys View: Goff had a slow start with a rushed dumpoff to Todd Gurley that Gurley mishandled into an interception, but he calmed down and got his team back into the game with a strong performance after the running game that carried them last week dried up. He’ll start his first Super Bowl at 24 years old.
Los Angeles Rams PK Greg Zuerlein made a 48-yard field goal with 19 seconds left in regulation of the NFC Championship Game against the New Orleans Saints to force overtime and he made a franchise-record 57-yard field goal to win it in OT.
Footballguys View: The Rams needed some help from the officials, who missed a pass interference that might have ended the game, but their offense was effective once they fell behind 13-0 and their defense made plays at the right time.
New Orleans Saints SS Vonn Bell (elbow) suffered a left elbow injury in the second half of the NFC Championship Game against the Los Angeles Rams. After a brief absence, he was fitted with a brace and able to return to the game.

New Orleans Saints LB Craig Robertson (undisclosed) left for the medical tent in the first quarter of the NFC Championship Game against the Los Angeles Rams and is still not back on the field. He emerged from the tent with his helmet on and he was trying to jog off a lower-body injury.
