Footballguys View: The Broncos are not going with a youth movement at the head coaching position. While other teams are hiring inexperienced, young, offensive minded coaches it seems like the Broncos just want experience and expertise in one area. Any head coach that is hired by the Broncos is likely to have Gary Kubiak placed in some role on offense in 2019. We should hear about Denver’s decision in the near future.
