Colts | T.Y. Hilton misses practice

Indianapolis Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (ankle) was held out of practice Tuesday, Jan. 1. His status is an estimation as the Colts only participated in a walkthrough.

Footballguys View: Hilton hasn’t really practiced for a couple of weeks now due to this ankle injury. He’ll miss practice but he’ll play and produce at the expected level. The Colts will give him all the rest he needs before their Wild Card game against the Texans on Saturday.

Lions | Jim Bob Cooter’s return undecided

Updating a previous report, Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Jim Bob Cooter’s return to the team has not been decided. His contract is set to expire following the 2018 season. Lions head coach Matt Patricia said he is in no rush to make a decision and wants to ‘allow the emotion of the season to come down’ before making the final call.
