Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals director of player personnel Duke Tobin refuted a report the team is looking to deal WR John Ross. Tobin said Wednesday, Feb. 27 that the organization has had no talks internally or externally and there are no plans to trade the receiver.

Raiders | A.J. McCarron nearing roster bonus
Oakland Raiders QB A.J. McCarron will receive a $3 million bonus if he is on the roster on Friday, March 15, and on Sunday, March 17, $1.1 million of his $1.8 million salary becomes guaranteed. General manager Mike Mayock indicated the team might be interested in McCarron returning. ‘I think (head coach Jon Gruden) and I both believe that the backup quarterback is one snap away from playing. It’s important to have someone like McCarron ready to go,’ Mayock said.
