Bills | Ziggy Ansah in touch with Buffalo

Free-agent DE Ziggy Ansah (Lions) remains a possibility for the Buffalo Bills , who recently hosted Ansah on a visit. ‘We had a great visit with Ziggy, and he’s a great young man,’ Bills general manager Brandon Beane said Thursday, March 21 in a radio interview. ‘He had a tough shoulder injury last year, and he’s still rehabbing that. I know he went on a couple other visits, or at least one other that I’m aware of. We had great talks with him and his agent. It’s kind of just at a standstill right now, but it doesn’t mean it will or it won’t happen. We’ll see going forward, and we’ll stay in touch with him and his representatives.’

NFL | Jerry Tillery can’t do pro day

Notre Dame DT Jerry Tillery (shoulder) was not able to participate at Notre Dame’s pro day as he is recovering from recent shoulder surgery. He did perform well at the NFL Combine, however.

Footballguys View: Tillery measured in at 6’6″ 295 pounds and ran a 4.93 40-yard dash. He’s pretty much locked in as a first-round pick in the 2019 NFL draft and should become an instant starter in the pros. The expectation is that Tillery will be recovered in time for training camp.
