Vikings | Kyle Rudolph to practice Tuesday

Minnesota Vikings TE Kyle Rudolph said he plans to participate in practice Tuesday, May 21, even though his future with the team is uncertain.

Footballguys View: There are reports that the Vikings have not asked Rudolph to take a pay cut. Last week, Rudolph exclaimed that he wouldn’t take a pay cut because he’s ‘too young’ to do so. With a cap number of $7.6 million in 2018, the final year of his deal, we expect the Vikings to re-work that number in any way possible — whether that be through extension or release.

Redskins | Likely torn ACL for Reuben Foster

Updating a previous report, Washington Redskins LB Reuben Foster (knee) is believed to have suffered a torn left anterior cruciate ligament during the team’s first organized team activity Monday, May 20.

Footballguys View: Reports indicate Foster was sobbing as he was carted off the practice field. Washington claimed Foster off waivers after the 49ers got rid of him after six games in the 2018 season. The 2017 first-round pick spent the remainder of 2018 on the Commissioner’s Exempt List. He has been arrested twice on domestic violence charges and was trying to get his career back on track with a fresh start in Washington. Now, if this is a torn ACL, Foster will likely miss the 2019 season.

Colts | Indy locks up Rock Ya-Sin, Parris Campbell

Indianapolis Colts second-round CB Rock Ya-Sin and second-round WR Parris Campbell signed four-year contracts Monday, May 20. Financial terms of the deals were not immediately disclosed.

Footballguys View: Campbell is a player Colts fans should be excited about. He’s a dangerous weapon after the catch and can make defenders look silly in the open field. Campbell has been described as a ‘gadget slot’ at Ohio State but if he develops more as a route runner then he could be a full-fledged weapon for the Colts passing attack. Scoop him up in dynasty formats.
