Footballguys View: Thomas was in the final year of his new contract and now gets the money he deserves, especially after catching 321 passes for 3,787 yards and 23 touchdowns through his first three seasons in the league. Fantasy GMs know what he can do as the top target for QB Drew Brees, and Thomas has a current ADP of WR4 (1.10) in 12-team PPR leagues.

Oakland Raiders QB Nathan Peterman is ‘growing’ on head coach Jon Gruden, who mentioned Peterman’s athleticism, smarts and consistency when asked about the team’s backup quarterback job. Peterman is competing with veteran QB Mike Glennon.
