Updating a previous report, Miami Dolphins WR Allen Hurns (concussion) was transported to a local hospital after suffering a concussion during the Week 3 road game against the Dallas Cowboys. He will remain there overnight with a member of the team’s medical staff.

Los Angeles Chargers WR Keenan Allen caught 13 of his 17 targets for 183 yards and two touchdowns in a 27-20 loss to the Houston Texans in Week 3.
