Chargers | Philip Rivers still has belief of Chargers brass

Los Angeles QB Philip Rivers can still be one of the league’s premier starters, according to general manager Tom Telesco Thursday, Jan. 2. ‘He can still compete at a top-starter level,’ Telesco said Thursday, via Daniel Popper of The Athletic. Telesco went on to say ‘There’s no doubt’ the Chargers would like to sort out Rivers’ contract before the start of the new league year March 18, when he’s set to become a free agent.
