Jets | Breshad Perriman excited about offense

New York Jets WR Breshad Perriman said he believes the Jets can have a dangerous offense this upcoming season. He said he worked out with QB Sam Darnold earlier in the offseason and is looking forward to the season.

Footballguys View: Perriman has the speed to take the top off a defense. With a strong rushing attack, that should lead to some play-action opportunities for the wide receivers in the Jets passing attack.

Bills | Josh Allen struggles with deep passes

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen was on target on only 31 percent of passes that traveled at least 20 yards down the field, according to Pro Football Focus. The average in the NFL was 43 percent.

Footballguys View: Allen has poor pass placement. It’s not just accuracy, it’s where you put the ball and how you can lead your receivers to maximize yards after the catch. We’ll see if more time and experience, plus the addition of WR Stefon Diggs, can help Allen be better when throwing deep.
