Browns | OC excited about Donovan Peoples-Jones

Cleveland Browns WR Donovan Peoples-Jones possesses an ‘obvious’ skillset and has done nothing to dampen the team’s enthusiasm about their sixth-round draft pick, according to passing game coordinator and wide receivers Chad O’Shea.’We thought we were getting a solid person who has the ability to play from a mental standpoint in several positions, which will help him increase his opportunities with us. … It jumped out at us as far as where he is physically and the potential that he has to grow even more. Just like the other guys in the program, he has come in, he has really worked hard and he has tried to do what we’ve asked,’ O’Shea said.

Colts | Michael Pittman worked out with teammates

Indianapolis Colts WR Michael Pittman Jr. said he was able to work out with QB Jacob Eason and WR Dezmon Patmon this offseason.

Footballguys View: Pittman can win the no.2 job for the Colts opposite of T.Y. Hilton if he performs well in training camp and the preseason. The rookie from USC has size and can win at the catch point…certainly when he catches the ball at the highest level. His routes and strength on contested catches needs improvement but we like his overall game.
