Vikings | Week 3 Minnesota Vikings inactives

The Minnesota Vikings have declared OL Olisaemeka Udoh, WR K.J. Osborn, CB Cameron Dantzler, WR Tajae Sharpe, CB Mike Hughes, DE Eddie Yarbrough and DE James Lynch inactive for Week 3.

Footballguys View: The Vikings top two corners are out and their secondary was already struggling. Break ties in favor of the Titans passing game today.

Eagles | Week 3 Philadelphia Eagles inactives

The Philadelphia Eagles have declared WR Alshon Jeffery, WR Jalen Reagor, OT Jamon Brown, S Rudy Ford, RB Jason Huntley, LB Casey Toohill and QB Nate Sudfeld inactive for Week 3.

Footballguys View: JJ Arcega-Whiteside has a small window to make an impact before Jeffery returns in the next few weeks. Jalen Hurts ahead of Nate Sudfeld wasn’t a one week decision and appears to be the new pecking order at quarterback.

Falcons | Week 3 Atlanta Falcons inactives

The Atlanta Falcons have declared DT Deadrin Senat, DE Takkarist McKinley, LB Foyesade Oluokun, WR Julio Jones, OT Kaleb McGary, S Ricardo Allen and DB Kendall Sheffield inactive for Week 3.

Footballguys View: The Falcons will be missing some key players on defense against a Bears offense which hasn’t moved the ball consistently yet this year. We’ll see which weakness wins out.

Saints | Cameron Jordan fined

New Orleans Saints DE Cameron Jordan was fined $12,500 by the National Football League for unsportsmanlike conduct in Week 1’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to a source. He appeared to throw a punch during the first quarter, although he was not flagged on the play at the time. In an interview after the game, Jordan said that he was going for the football in an attempt to pop it out.

Titans | A.J. Brown not recovering as quickly as hoped

Tennessee Titans WR A.J. Brown (knee) is dealing with a ‘pretty significant knee bruise’ that hasn’t responded to treatment as well as the team had hoped, according to a source.

Footballguys View: Brown wasn’t placed on injured reserve, but depending on the prognosis he could be put there soon. Jonnu Smith, Adam Humphries, and Corey Davis’s temporary value spike will continue and Ryan Tannehill’s value doesn’t seem to affected much by Brown’s absence.

Raiders | Johnathan Abram to play in Week 3

Las Vegas Raiders S Johnathan Abram (shoulder) suffered a Grade 2 AC joint sprain and a small piece of collarbone chipped off after he crashed into a television cart during Week 2’s game against the New Orleans Saints. The injury caused some internal bleeding but Abram finished the game, was a full participant in all three of the team’s practice sessions during the week and is slated to start in Week 3’s game versus the New England Patriots.
