Footballguys View: Ward was undrafted out of Central Michgan this year and failed to make the 53-man roster out of training camp. He was put on the practice squad and is a developmental player we’ll monitor in super deep dynasty formats because of his all-purpose skill set. Ward had two 1,000-yard rushing seasons in college, and ran for a career-high 1,108 yards and 15 touchdowns (12 starts) as a senior in 2019.

New Orleans Saints RB Ty Montgomery (hamstring) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Saturday, Sept. 26. WR Bennie Fowler and DL Margus Hunt were signed to the active roster from the practice squad. C/G Will Clapp was waived.
