Panthers | Christian McCaffrey to miss more time?

Carolina Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey (shoulder) was deemed ‘week-to-week’ by head coach Matt Rhule on Monday, Nov. 23.

Footballguys View: McCaffrey needs more time to get right. There was initial optimism surrounding this injury but that has proven to be a bit off. McCaffrey will get the proper time to heal which means we may not see him for some time. Mike Davis continues as the starter for the Panthers.

Panthers | Teddy Bridgewater set to practice Wednesday

Carolina Panthers QB Teddy Bridgewater (knee) reportedly felt good and got through his pregame warmup without issue in Week 11, but head coach Matt Rhule opted to go with backup P.J. Walker anyway. Rhule told reporters Monday, Nov. 23, that he expects Bridgewater to return to a full practice Wednesday, Nov. 25.

Footballguys View: Bridgewater was close to playing but they ended up giving him a week of rest. Walker started and the team won easy. Bridgewater should be out there at practice and things look good for his availability in Week 12. The Panthers travel to battle the Vikings on Sunday.

Falcons | Julio Jones uncertain for Week 12

Atlanta Falcons WR Julio Jones (hamstring) could be a game-time decision for Week 12 against the Las Vegas Raiders, according to comments made by interim head coach Raheem Morris.

Footballguys View: Zero surprise here. Watch Jones be limited (at best) during practice later this week. He might not practice at all and the team may call him a game-time decision. Fantasy GMs need to have other plans at the ready.
